Shipping Policy

1. Who Ships Your Order

When you place an order through a link on this website, your order is handled entirely by the retailer and vendor. They are responsible for processing, packaging, shipping and delivery.

2. Shipping Costs by Package

The final shipping cost, if any, is always shown on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Destinations

Arialief is primarily offered to customers in the United States and Canada. Availability for other countries is determined by the vendor at checkout.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

Processing and delivery times are set by the vendor and may vary based on your location, carrier and order volume. Estimated delivery details are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email. For the vendor's current shipping terms, please see the official shipping information.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

After purchase, you should receive a confirmation email from the retailer containing your order details. Tracking information is typically sent once your order ships. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.

6. Customs and Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

7. Shipping Issues

For questions about a delayed, lost or damaged shipment, please contact the vendor's customer support team directly through the vendor contact page, as they have access to your order information. Have your order number ready to speed things up.
